Before production, we confirm the product specifications, approved sample, packaging, artwork and inspection requirements. Pre-shipment inspection can be arranged according to the buyer’s quality requirements and the agreed order standard.

The typical product warranty is between six months and one year. The final warranty period depends on the product model, component configuration, quality requirements and agreed order terms. The applicable warranty should be clearly stated in the sales contract or purchase order.
